What to send, by problem
Boiler fault.
Photograph the display including any fault code, the pressure gauge, and the data plate showing make, model and serial number. Those three together tell us most of what we need, and frequently turn two visits into one because we arrive with the right part.

Weak shower or poor pressure.

Underfloor heating.
Photograph the manifold cupboard including the flow meters.
Blocked drain.
Lift the nearest inspection chamber cover and say whether it is full or empty. That tells us which side of it the blockage is.
